Compliance Tracking
Cass SWCD will review all parcels subject to the buffer law every 3 years.
Spot Checks
Random spot checks will be done on parcels using aerial imagery and on the ground inspections within a 3 year timeframe.
Complaint Process
Upon receiving a complaint, Cass SWCD will:

verify parcel location

complete a compliance determination

work with landowners to become compliant with MN statute 103F.48

complete all steps necessary to ensure compliance with MN statute 103F.48
